An online resource tool developed to help VET educators in engaging with their rural Agri-Food entrepreneur learners effectively in online teaching and learning environments.
R1 was informed by a detailed needs analysis that identified gaps and opportunities within the sector. Feedback from VET educators and other stakeholders highlighted that many learners, especially in rural areas, encounter challenges attending in-person sessions. Transitioning these programs online enhances inclusivity and broadens access for a more diverse group of learners.
R1 incorporates the DigCompEdu Framework, findings from the SELFIE report, training resources and tools, good practice examples, and guidance on structuring an online course.
