ATU Galway, formally known as GMIT was established in April 2022. Atlantic TU is Ireland’s newest technological university formed by the merger of GMIT, LYIT and IT Sligo. There has been a strong research tradition in ATU Galway, characterised by high-quality research in several niche areas. Initially, this manifested through individual staff members’ endeavours to do research, publish, and come together in small research groups. Considerable funding has been secured throughout the years to build entrepreneurial opportunities activity and supports for those in the Agri-Food sector across Europe.

Macra na Feirme advocate for, nurture and develop our members aged between 17 and 35 in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment. Macra na Feirme’s programmes and activities encourage young people to play an active role in their local community, making rural Ireland an attractive place to live and work.
The Confederazione Italiana Agricoltori Toscana (CIA Toscana) is a professional farmers association based in Florence.
